Delete your account and data

How to request deletion

1. Send an email to [email protected] using the button below (or write to that address yourself).
2. Write from the same email address you use to sign in to the app (your Google account email), so we can find your account.
3. Use the subject "Delete my account and data — Kiky Notes". If you use several accounts, tell us which one.
4. We may reply to confirm that the request is really yours before deleting anything.

What we delete

• Your account and profile.
• The devices linked to your account and the notification tokens registered for them.
• Content sent to our servers to be processed or backed up (for example, cloud AI features and backups linked to your account).
• Records that are linked only to your account.

What we may keep

• Records we must keep by law (for example, purchase and billing records), only for the period the law requires.
• Purchases made through Google Play are also held by Google, under Google’s own policies — we cannot delete those.
• Deleted data may remain in technical backups for a short time until they are overwritten.

Data stored only on your phone

• Notes, files and settings that never left your phone are not on our servers. To remove them, uninstall the app or clear its data in Android Settings > Apps > Kiky Notes > Storage.

Advertising data (Google AdMob)

• Ads are served by Google AdMob, which handles advertising data under Google’s policies. We cannot delete it for you.
• You can reset or remove your advertising ID in Android Settings > Google > Ads, and manage ad personalization in your Google account.
• Where the law requires it, the app also has a "Privacy & ads" option in Settings to change your consent choices.

How long it takes

As soon as we confirm your request, your account is disabled and you can no longer sign in. We keep it for 30 days in case you change your mind (write to us and we restore it). After that we permanently delete the data described above and confirm by email.
