Freeware License

Kiky Notes is distributed as freeware (free software) for personal and commercial use, subject to the following terms:

Rights Granted:

• Free and unlimited use of the application
• Installation on multiple Android devices
• Personal and commercial use
• Local text capture and processing via OCR

Restrictions:

• Reverse engineering, decompilation or modification is prohibited
• Redistribution or resale of the application is prohibited
• Source code remains proprietary and closed
• Creation of derivative works is prohibited

Warranty:

The software is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. The developer is not responsible for damages arising from the use of the application.

Freeware License

Kiky Notes for Windows is distributed as freeware for personal and commercial use, subject to the following conditions:

Rights Granted:

• Free use on Windows 10/11 computers
• Screen capture and image editing
• Local OCR processing of documents
• Synchronization with authorized Android devices

Restrictions:

• Installation limited to personal or authorized corporate computers
• Decompilation or modification of code is prohibited
• Distribution without express authorization is prohibited
• Commercial use permitted; resale prohibited

Technical Requirements:

• Windows 10 or later (64-bit)
• 100 MB free disk space
• Administrator permissions for installation
• Internet connection required for license and trial validation

Commercial Software License

The Security Module is a premium add-on for Kiky Notes for Windows, unlocking advanced features. It is sold through the Microsoft Store or via a signed license key file.

Rights Acquired:

• Perpetual license after one-time purchase
• Unlimited bidirectional clipboard sync between Android and Windows
• End-to-end encryption for all transfers
• Priority technical support
• Access to future Security Module updates

License Restrictions:

• License tied to the machine identifier (SHA-256 of hostname)
• Transfer to another device requires a new license
• Sharing, resale or redistribution of the license key is prohibited
• License may be revoked for terms violations

Refund Policy:

• Refunds available within 14 days of purchase via Microsoft Store policy
• For direct license key purchases: contact support within 7 days
• Technical issues: priority support before requesting refund
